Adam C. Kaatz, Associate

Adam's practice focuses on business transactions, estate planning, and criminal law. His clients are hard-working business owners, persons hoping to protect their hard-earned assets for the benefit of their heirs, and good people dealing with trouble in the criminal justice system.

Adam is a seven day-a-week lawyer who consistently earns the trust and confidence of his clients. Whatever the conflict or issue at hand, Adam obtains results for his clients. As a tireless advocator, Adam provides every client with professional, thorough, and cost-effective representation.

Prior to joining RTD LAW, Adam had experience prosecuting as an Assistant County Attorney for the Ramsey County Attorney's Office. This experience allowed Adam to become extremely well versed and comfortable with the courtroom and the criminal law process, which knowledge he now uses to help people in trouble with the law.

Adam received his law degree from the Hamline University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree in political science from St. John's University. Adam's interests include coaching and playing hockey, golfing, and relaxing with family and friends.
